This show marks 1 year of Grit & Grace TV! We can't believe how time has flown and how much has changed. We went from once a week to 3 x week and now back to once a week but longer episodes and a change in format. Why? Because we're always watching, listening, experimenting and tweaking to provide the best show possible for our viewers and listeners.
On this anniversary episode we talked about The 4 Agreement by Don Miguel Ruiz. A short but powerful book that can make life so much simpler by making these four agreements with yourself and living by them.
Thank you for supporting our first year and stay tuned for a kick-ass 2nd year that includes Line's road trip end of June to Rapid City, SD for special live and in person episodes! Stay tuned on our Facebook page for info.
This show was so much fun!
Whether you could use a reminder of just how powerful you are or you've been feeling like life is a little out of control and never going to get better, this is the episode for you. We went through the 9 steps to slowly but surely take back control of you life because YOU are in control even though it might not seem like it sometimes. We all feel like that sometimes so you're not alone.
During this show we mentioned the Wheel of Life exercise that can help to give you a snapshot of the different areas of your life which is so helpful when you want to make some real changes. Download it below and thank you for watching.
Tonight's show was EPIC! Obviously people struggle with making decisions.
Watch the episode on YouTube as we share our own insights & stories around the 5 following questions:
1. Will this help me grow?
2. Do I want the memory?
3. How will this sculpt my character?
4. Could I reverse or undo this decision?
5. Can I test this decision?
We had more to share which of course had us laughing our asses off...you have to watch!
Something CJ mentioned was an accountability method that he personally uses and used with clients. As promised you can download the worksheet below.

We all get stuck in life from time to time but how do you get unstuck? Well we've got 5 simple ways to help you get out of that funk and get back on track. This isn't a one and done deal though. It's something we need to keep using to lessen the stinkin' thinkin' so we can keep on truckin' towards those goals.
You may think this is all BS but if you knew you were gonna die next week, would you be happy with you life?

Our show on August 3 was about social media etiquette because social media use has become an addiction to the world. Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg tells us that there are more than a billion global users. Twitter, Google+, and LinkedIn boasting hundreds of millions of active accounts. Young or old, and everywhere in between, whether they’re engaged in social media marketing, keeping in touch with old friends, or seeking out new connections. People from all over the world are logging in each and every day.
We shared just some of our suggestions and stories on this topic otherwise our show would have been a lot longer than an hour. So we created a PDF that has the full list that you can download HERE.
You can watch the full show HERE or listen HERE.
As always, we would love to hear from you with show ideas, comments or answer your questions. You can reach us anonymously if you like HERE.
Thank you for watching and listening!
Last week, on our premier episode, we talked about grit. Actually we talked about it the whole week leading up to our kick-off. You can catch all of the short episodes on our Facebook Page. Feel free to LIKE the page while you're there.
This week we thought it was only right to focus on grace, which comes from the Latin word 'gratus' or 'gratia' meaning pleasing, thankful - relating to grateful.
We dove into gratitude, how to use it in your life and, because we like to bypass the BS and get real, we also talked about how it can also get in the way of wanting more if it's used wrong.
In every show we have our segment called BRING IT! where we answer viewer questions. No question is off the table and this week's question proves it and the conversation was...well, you'll just have to watch it. Hint: landscaping...and not the kind you do in your yard. If you enjoyed this show or any show, please leave us a comment on the Welcome page below the video.
